Patented Liquid State Fermentation Technology

The patented “Liquid State Fermentation” (Patent No.: ZL201310396445.1) can accurately control microorganisms by controlling the fermentation environment. Grains are saccharified only, or saccharified to the required degree first, and then fermentation is started artificially as necessary. By moderately extending the aerobic saccharification period, it allows more reactions between raw materials and oxygen, which can make the wine mellower and the aroma stronger, and frees the fermentation from its traditional dependence on seasonal temperature and humidity.

Light Fermentation of Fruit Juice

Fine-crafted clear rice wine is selected as the base wine.
